    For the one day, some day dream of building my own business around the heart beat of urban living, country soul. 

    Continue on for a very early stage peak behind the curtain. 

    the backstory, my inspiration

    My Grandfather Warren G. Wagers was an Ohio farm boy who grew up to be a doctor in Northern California. He contacted polio from a patient, but continued practice with such tenacity and grace despite limited mobility. He built a community of care and was one of those real life heros. A hero we called “Papa Rusty.” He had deep red hair, a soft,  gruff voice, dry sense of humor, old-age wisdom and determination to keep moving.


    Out of this, my deep admiration, along with my life of skyscrapers, corporate branding and a quiet love for the countryside, Rusty Farms has started to take shape.

    Shorter, staccato-like sentences, simple vocabulary and occasional use of em dash and parentheticals for inner voice, thoughtfulness or subtle humor. Writing techniques also include active voice and dynamic verbs for concise and engaging communication.
